Somethings weird this morning with APTX. The bid is .05 and the ask is .055. Given the fact that they are on the verge of bankruptcy, and they closed at .04 yesterday. Why are the bid and ask prices up today.? Haven't these people seen the 8K?
I'll be going down with the ship, so in the mean time I'm trying to look for a miracle in this company. The only miracle would be the line in the 8K that stated "the Registrant has been actively engaged in discussions with a number of third parties to obtain needed working capital, ..."
Another interesting thing about this litigation with Southridge. Why did they want to convert the Note into shares. That would imply that they believed the company stock was going to rise in the future. And Apparel must of had a good reason to deny this conversion, because Southridge had the money to make or break Apparel. IMO.
