Is there a reason that these blank forms are just that 'BLANK"? There was much discussion early on this thread that AZNT only sold shares that were restricted for 2 years and thus there was no way they could be hitting the market now, 1 year later. That document you cite proves that assertion was incorrect. The Form 144s filed on Yahoo go one step further and prove those shares are indeed hitting the market despite the fact all restricted shares are supposed to be frozen. Why do you suppose that is? As for the Brazilian license agreement, that was posted in its unedited form so that someone, anyone, might point out where exactly any form of exclusivity exists as regards AZNT's control of Brazilian exports. So far, no one has been able to do so. Care to try? - Jeff P.S. BTW, as you are a self-described expert on short squeezes, why are you steering clear of AZNT?
