I think the business is on the ropes and they're making a last ditch attempt to shop the company. Here's what puzzles me, management claims it rejected an "unsolicited bid" high above the current price earlier this year. I think it was a ruse to artificially inflate the price, because the bid has not rematerialized.

The stock is headed much lower. Only a matter of time.
