gary: i can't make you read, but suffice to say that legally what's happening is what happens under the indep counsel law, a law which i always opposed btw. talk to a lawyer about how grand juries work. and if you're mad enuf, vote for a congressman who'll change the law, but don't say the law is what it isn't. note: i agree with you about the media sort of , but this is the first time that the Web got the story ahead of tv, radio, and the printed media. in one sense it isn't being tried in the press and that's to wjc's advantage. <Now it is up to Clinton and his team to prove he didn't do it.> remember, clinton has already said he did lie. i don't know how he's going to prove he didn't. and what are dems (monihan and gephardt to name two) saying in congress today? mr. president, don't play legal hairsplitting with the truth. you lied, now let's get on with it. regards
