On another note I believe that when a company is being run into the ground, and the principals still take large salaries/bonuses -- it is like saying "*f**k you" to the stockholders.

VB,

Ahhhhhh, you've just uttered the DelGiorno translation of "*trust me" to the shareholders.

If this group of alleged leaders take large bonuses, options and salaries for this horrid stock performance to reward their stillborn, egotistical, flaccid excuse for management style, watch the class actions come out with a vengeance.

I think anyone who wants do "something" should follow suit with Lance Lazzaro and send a signed, certified copy of his letter (supporting his sentiment) to CCC, the SEC and NASD Regulators. Let them know we've had it with their spin games and total lack of fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders. Let them know how you really feel. Their utter disregard for us as shareholders and misleading statements have been shameful.

Take a little time to do this. It may evoke enough of a response to bring some accountability to the shareholders.
