stock: of course i agree: if you believe you're telling the truth, even if you're wrong, it's not perjury. but the issue is "affirming something you know is false" and as far as i can tell, wjc has already he admitted he lied about his deposition in january. oh yes, when he was asked if he was having an affair, his answer, as he and his lawyers are currently explaining it, is no, which only makes sense, i submit, if it's no b/c he's thinking: "no, you idiot lawyer, i'm answering your questions, so how can i be having [present active tense] an affair now?" if he believes that, do you believe it? you do? well i don't, and i don't think the grand jury did, and that' why i say he did affirm under oath with the intent to mislead, which is perjury.

c'mon. i don't remember being alone with ml? when white house logs show her visiting over 35 times when no other intern visitied more than 3? just out of curiosity, what wd it take for you to be convinced he did lie? regards

IF ONE DOES NOT BELIEVE HE IS LYING DOES THAT MAKE HIM A LIAR? or better
IF ONE DOES TELL THE TRUTH, CAN HE BE LYING?

Clinton testified that he could not recall if he was ever alone with Monica Lewinsky. Do you think he believed he was telling the truth?
