I'M CONFUSED OMAR:

"Oilex did a debenture with Ron's firm Select Capital and Ron assured Allen that they would not screw the stock once they had received it. but sure enough they dumped as soon as they got it, not to mention the discount that they demanded for the money they loaned to Oilex."

Ok, I now understand. Ron William's Select Capital screwed Oilex and Burditt (according to you and Steve) by charging excessive discounts and dumping the stock onto the open market. Therefore, Burditt felt that Mr. Williams and Select Capital has screwed him and Oilex. Obviously, Mr. Burditt was very upset with Mr. Williams and Select Capital.

Just one thing, Omar. It is my understanding that Mr. Williams was a personal guest at Mr. Burditt's wedding this year to Ms. Robin Frederick (President of Caye Chapel) in Houston earlier this summer. Now, since all of the Select Capital debentures were finalized well before the wedding, I have only one question:

Why was Mr. Williams invited to the wedding of Mr. Burditt and Ms. Frederick if he had, as it has been claimed, screwed Mr. Burditt and Oilex?
