Oilex paid the insurance on all items. Oilex cash paid for the purchase price.The money passed from Oilex thru Phoenix Reserves to the sellers. Title was put in M.Patten Holdings Ltd, a company in the Bahamas that is a front for Burditt. M. Patten Holdings can not show how they acquired and paid for anything in the USA. And once the cover is blown the use of that name as a tax dodge is useless. And as the final straw. Omar Ahmad signed the pink slip transferring title, and he was an authorized signature for M. Patten Holdings. Strange the criminal wants the law to defend his stolen property from the rightful owner. The recovery of assets will be sucessful. The total amount of assets that will be recovered can not at this time can be determined. The Chapter 11 Court has wide powers to Order 3rd parties to return and or freeze the assets. I feel confident that tracing the cash and assets will lead to good results. I am doing my best and appreciate your words of support. I hope this answers your questions

Omar Ahmed you were supposed to be an employee of Oilex Inc and you were supposed to be loyal to the shareholders of Oilex. The "management" that you quote in your post, consisted of : Oliver Timmins, President, Cynthia Timmins, Secretary/ Treasurer, Richard Clark, CEO I do not believe that the three Oilex management officials instructed you to lie, cheat, coverup or misinform the shareholders and public. They did not instruct you to act as an officer and execute documents in the numerous hidden companies, such as M. Patten Holdings, Ltd. YOU DID this upon the instructions of Allen Burditt and in cooperation with Allen Burditt, in conflict with your obligations to Oilex. You performed duties for Burditt's companies, such as Cayc Chapel and Phoenix Reserves, Churchill Resources, M. Patten Holdings Ltd, and that Costa Rico company(that you are fronting as President); using time while you were on the payroll of Oilex Inc.. The shareholders of Oilex Inc deserved some loyalty from you. Omar Ahmed it is time to take responsibility for your actions and be held accountable.Justice will be served.
