If sex is private and it is not a crime, then congress should not interfere into this case in the first place, and this private matter should be settled between Clinton and his wife, then we do not have an issue whether the president is lying or not. Congress to interfere the president's private is not right at all in the very beginning.

...

Not being a faithful husband is not a crime under the law, and it is not right for the congress to interfere the presiden's private matters at all in the first place

Have you been brainwashed by the Clinton spin? This investigation isn't about sex per se. It's about Clinton committing perjury in a civil case in which he was the defendant. That the case was about sexual misconduct has given Clinton and his spinmeisters the opportunity to spin a line for people who are grasping for excuses for the President that this investigation is about sex and therefore is a private matter and should be dropped. Bullshit. It's about Clinton spitting in the face of the American justice system by ignoring the most basic requirement that someone must testify truthfully under oath.

Perjury is a felony calling for a prison term of up to five years per conviction. The evidence presented would be enough to convince a Grand Jury to indict, which is what the House would be doing if it refers the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate. The Senate would be the court which would then try the President.

Do you think Clinton should be able to lie as a defendant? Would you like it if you sued someone who did you wrong and they could take the stand and lie their ass off when questioned?

My prediction is that Clinton will be impeached (the Articles referred to the Senate for trial) because only a majority vote is required, but that he won't be convicted and removed from office because a 2/3 vote is required.
