Re -- Clinton testified that he could not recall if he was ever alone with Monica Lewinsky. Do you think he believed he was telling the truth?

Can you prove he wasn't? Besides in a court he deserves the benefit of doubt. Did you give it to him, or did you use your hypocritical moral views to judge him.

Clinton has admitted that he had an "inappropriate relationship" with Monica Lewinsky. Did this relationship occur in a public setting? "Fluid" from Clinton was identified on Monica Lewinsky's dress. Did it get there in a public setting? Testimony from Lewinsky and several Secret Service personnel show that Clinton was alone with Lewinsky many times. Do you think a jury could be convinced that he couldn't remember multiple sexual trysts, in private?

Please tell my why my "moral views" (which have nothing to do with my opinion of Clinton's perjury) are "hypocritical."

Furthermore you should read the entire testimony, not what STARR wants you to see. Is it there in the STarr report?

The American legal system has the Grand Jury in which the prosecution shows that there is enough evidence that a trial is warranted and the defense's case is excluded. This is what Starr has done with his report. The House will now take over from the Grand Jury and decide if there is enough evidence to show that an impeachable offense was committed. If they "indict" it will be in the form of a referral of the charges to the Senate to be tried. It's at this point that the prosecution will present its case, the defense will cross examine, the defense will then present their case and finally the prosecution will cross examine.

Surely if an Idiot like me can understand this then a brilliant felon-supporter like yourself must be able to also.

Oh, and you haven't answered my question. Where did you get your Juris Doctorate?
