Well,JLA I don't know.Let me put it this way.If BC lied about knowledge of a murder[even one that he didn't commit] I would consider that a "high crime ".Is lying about a burglary a high crime? Probably. but lying about a private sexual affair, no.I understand your point saying this is not about sex but about lying.I submit to you that one cannot simply divorce the lie from the subject matter involved, that is in this case a private sexual affair.I know that a lie is lie a but my point is that some are more serious than others.Thus in some instances we can speak of "high crimes" and in others we cannot.
