CPSS - did you see this? "(NewsTraders) -- Two insiders at Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. (CPSS) combined to sell 87,000 shares in August, according to a Form 4 released today by the SEC. Director Robert Simms sold 67,000 shares between Aug. 6 to Aug. 14 at prices ranging from $6.54 to $7.87 per share. Simms directly owned 133,200 shares at the end of August. Sr. VP Nicholas Brockman sold 20,000 shares on Aug. 28 at prices ranging from $4.44 to $4.47 per share. Brockman owned 54,100 shares at the end of August." SR
