I don't think their maxed at all. What was this guys background. He apparently doesn't understand the business or the market. The acqusition will not be dilutive <period>. OG

He also said the street wouldn't look favorably it Lucent has a dilutive acquisition.>> I think he doesn't know what he is talking about. Was there any mention of earnings this quarter? Ascend is eating Ciscos lunch in the core. My opinion is if LU doesn't buy Ascend, we will be better off. If it gets sold off, buy the heck out of it.
