Herm, what settings are you using on TNSI for RSI and BB? With the RSI at a period of 14 it is at 70+ and rising. The BBs with period 9 and std 2 show the price still pushing up the upper band.

I guess my question is, why didn't you all weight for the train to stop before you tried to get on? Wouldn't you normally wait for a reversal in the RSI and a bounce down from the upper BB before entering the put positions?

Thanks,
Gary

Herm, I would like to ask for your opinion.

Looks like I got on the wrong side of LDG the other day and bought at the high of $39. I was trying to scalp for a point. Well at the moment, it's down to $36.625 and heading lower in a weak market. (I looked at the BB/RSI and didn't listen, I should have paid attention)!

So I sold 15 Oct 40 calls today at 1 7/8, and purchased 15 Oct 30 puts at 11/16. Do you think that's sufficient or should I have used more of my call buyers money to load up on more cheap puts? Thanks for your response.

Herm, I tried to short TNIS today but shares are unavailable.

Looking at the Oct 17 1/2 put the ask is 1 1/16 on volume of 28 and OI of 100. Would you buy at the current ask or try to get a lower price tomorrow on a gap up?

Is there any way to know the BID/ASK prices of the OI? Or is that information only for floor traders? Is there a real-time trading system that would provide those prices?
