C'mon Phil, reason isn't ridiculous. Try not to let people on the Web bug you. Davis called? I guess you mean by phone. What were the accusations and what do you say? Since you obviously have the real low down on reverse splits, perhaps you could enlighten me. Simply making an assertion that something is ridiculous doesn't make it so. Let's see you show a causal relationship between reverse splits and company failure.

So far all I see is a pleading that humans are inherently stupid and irrational so they will, like some breed of Pavlovian dogs, sell their shares in an excellent company with excellent long term prospects because the number of shares is reduced.

Remember folks, correlation is not proof of causation. Since you are investing in a biotech, you should be especially mindful and have an intuitive understanding of that. So, 90% of reverse splits end in a bust company eh! "Omigod, we better not do a reverse split then".
