Nasdaq has typically been more then generous with many companies that trade below one dollar. I can name quite a few- cause I was in many of them! Most of the time it is better for the company to accept a delisting then to reverse split the stock. REVERSE NEVER WORKS! Mgmt that thinks they are the exception to this are ALWAYS show otherwise by the brutal shorting of the market makers. Typically as long as a stock has significant interest- a lot of volume on the issue nasdaq will continue to let it trade. If they do get delisted I see it as a positive, mgmt will allow the company to regroup and gain strength at which time there price will probably be above $1.00 again and ok to list on nasdaq. In my opinion I think that Qdek will show improvement by this quarters results some shorts will likely cover with added new long positions thus moving the price close the $1.00 range. The real question is what will happen 2 quarters out???? I am long untill the end- shares are not worth the paper they are written on now to sell back to those M.M. F*CKS. Kind regards..................RON
