Same here, Ron.

What intrigues me about Albatronics is that although the price/earnings ratio paid by NTAIF is not incredibly low, Albatronics has $350 million in revenues but very low profit margins.

My guess is that NTAIF thinks they can boost those margins by a factor of 3.

Also a very strong customer base and higher barriers to entry in their product lines.

Great acquisition, I think.
