My div showed up as shares. i.e. 2000 shares before div, 2200 shares after div paid.

Ernie,

My Waterhouse account shows an increase in shares...equal to 10% of my original holdings. I was not notified by Waterhouse...just noticed the increase. I'm sure it'll take a little bit of time for all the brokerage houses to update their clients. But keep an eye on it.
