I agree whole-heartedly with Sylvia. This is too good a technology to waste on smut sites and recreational surfing. It is the most major new form of communication since the printing press, the radio transmitter, the television...it has an immediacy and an accountability that doesn't exist in any other form. We need to be able to use this as a means of open communication between company representatives and private investors, with the same rules as one would observe if giving a plant tour to a group of interested investors and would-be investors. Squelching electronic communication in this way goes entirely against the grain of the policy of full corporate disclosure that the TSE claims to uphold. The TSE needs to get with the '90's - and the next millenium.
I would like to express this opinion directly to the TSE - does anyone know who it ought to be directed to? Sylvia - and anyone else who feels the same - would you do the same?
