Terry,

I think that the deal for the Florida Refinery is very impressive. It highlights for me the good the bad and the ugly about AIPN. GF is a great deal maker, a terrible financier and often off the mark with the Street and it's reaction to his efforts. This is a management problem that requires a better CFO, IMHO. Notwithstanding, this deal could not have been made without imminent financing in place. The Refinery sellers would not have accepted this deal without some assurance that the financial condition of the company will be resolved. GF has acted with great confidence over the past year in his deal making and that is, to me, a telling remark about where the stock price is heading eventually. The major caveat being the eventually part.

I think we get some financing visibility within the next week because this deal would be a futile effort otherwise. I also have become convinced through due diligence that the GAS viability question is going to be a surprise to all of us and that the macroeconomics in the region are moving towards utilizing GAS as a major staple for energy. China is suffocating itself and the new Energy Czar has a bug in his head about helping the Chinese resolve this problem through Kaz Gas Reserves. OMO of course.

Good luck some serious new money is accumulating shares at these prices, it is reflected in the TA on the stock and money flow into the stock. We shall see.
