CL, the only, unfortunately the issues have become very technical lately. The technical issues are very difficult to understand except for the most technically astute. I have a technical bent, but still have lots of difficulty in my understanding. I suspect that conventional hard rock experience doesn't help much other than enhance doubt. That's too bad because those that don't somewhat understand the opportunity at this low stock price will have to pay more as this story unfolds. Low stock price, disappointment, and frustration would have any sane person doubting Maxam. Maxam stock price was a proxy for IPM, even the promise of early production was tied to IPM's success. If you look at my early posts on this thread, I have always believed that Maxam was the better investment than IPM because of Maxam's strategic position with their large land holdings and proven metals. Of course there is always a possibility of something unknown blowing the promise of low cost mining the desert sands by Maxam out of the water, but isn't that already in the stock price at anything under $3/share? Tim's questions are lately taking on the quality of "could a meteor wipe out AZ?".

PS, I had emailed Maxam if they were going to post the results of the shareholder meeting. I just received their reply stating <<results of the shareholders meeting held last Friday will be posted on the Maxam Web Site as soon as possible.>>.
