Larry, don't bother. Your solid DD is only tarnished by trying to get blood from a stone. Mr. Allen has obviously decided that his only intent on this thread is to extract his pound of flesh. If and when he ever actually makes constructive instead of destructive comments about what Naxos SHOULD do and HOW, it will signal a sea change for Mr. Allen. Until then, he drags you and other significant contributors into pissing matches of "oh yeah, well I don't believe you".

Your contributions stand on their own. Please don't let Mr. Allen take up all the time he does while his only contribution is to blindly contradict any constructive comment.

By the way, I think the release is a very solid first step towards rebuilding a solid base for Naxos. Known reserves, established methods for extraction, feasibility studies already done, it all adds up to a nice conservative move to add real value to the Naxos name.

Thanks again Larry for all your work.

Tom F.

Larry... management needs to get the Ledoux report to
the shareholders. We all got into this stock because of
pm's in FL. We did not buy a copper mining venture.
Management needs to prove whether pm's do or do not
exist at FL. Nothing more, nothing less.

Larry:
I want management to show they can analyze and manage a venture. I want to know what the status of South America has been and is for the last two years. If it is sold I want to know what information this was based on, how much we spent, and why it was dropped. I want to know what the status of our relationship with LeDoux is and all of the many questions there. I want to know what is being done on Franklin Lake. I want it in a press release. I don't want someone whispering in my ear. The cart is way ahead of the horse to go off on another venture without explaining the current ones. What management should do is obvious. Why they do not is not obvious (or at least pleasant).

Resolve the Ledoux "dipsy doodle". Reconfirm or debunk the previous results, all of them. Pursue the Johnson technology with urgency. Hire some mining pros for the Board. (Can't CPM which allegedly loves His Sidneyship assist in that regard). Settle with the ASC. (Should have been done when the results were not in question). Start acting like a real public company. JLA.

PS Those were "off the cuff". I'll add more later as I reflect. JLA

Larry

Take my word for it, you are better off not posting. You are doing an incredible amount of DD, and I fully understand your desire to share it. However, life is much better when one removes himself from this particular thread. There is just too much acrimony and vitriol to make reasonable discourse worthwhile. If your work isnt appreciated, just dont share it.

It is clear that some people have a desire to plumg the negative aspects of this situation. That is neiother right or wrong, good or bad, but is contrary to your desires. There will NEVER be a meeting of the minds, so why give them grist for the mill, when it is always supplied by your hard work and labor?
