Hang in there-- There is life still pulsating in the halls of EOSC.
Roy DuPont who handles Material and Logistics and is one of the Three gritty little men called me today. He is cautiously optimistic, here are the salient points:
1.The 10K has been completed and should go to SEC in the next few days.
2. The 10 Q is in final stages and will be submitted very soon.
3. Bank loan will be confirmed or denied tomorrow. Incidentally the gritties have not been paid since June (drawn money).
4.A group of investors, who are being carefully reviewed (not again!!) have Money raised and have only to review the 10K &10Q before providing sustenance.
5.The Customers previously interested in the Product are maintaining loyalty and are ready to go. (No comparable product available).
6. Long lead time products are on hand and the critical moulding machine is 35% completed and on hold by the manufacturer.
7. Six months after 1.through 4. above are resolved, there should be customer money in the till.

Lots of chain requirements here, but it's the only game in town. So, I for one, am going to hang in there. Incidentally he mentioned your name Wendy, but you did not leave a message. Lets give them a couple of weeks, as this perhaps is a very critical period.
