Ron, looking at your presence here in the most innocent of ways, I see someone simply exercising their right to express an opinion. Looking at your presence here in a matter-of-fact way I see someone who has "been there done that" as regards crossing the legal line with the SEC and thus someone who can offer valuable insight into such areas. Looking at your presence in the worst possible light I see someone whose whereabouts on SI may be being monitored by the SEC and thus people like Icabod are in severe danger of having the same thing happen to them. So carry on!

You cannot compare your situation to riley's and pug's..to my knowledge they have not been charged with anything.

KC has observed that you continue to put a spin on things.
IMO you are still doing it, Ron.

Reread my post to you, and then reread your response to me.

I would imagine that you could make the leap that a person charged with something unrelated to securities should be suspect, but I don't see how you could justify it.
