Mr. Mitchell,
I have grown accustomed to your devious way of posting, but either you demonstrate a total lack of diligence, or , you are lying with malicious intent, as you did about an arbitration hearing and judgement against AZNT.

"......And without an up-to-date 10K we don't know exactly how many 144 shares
are now eligible to be dumped....."
"eligible"?
eligibility isn't "dumping"

Any 144's coming off restriction and being sold must file with the SEC, the filings are of public record.
You continue to hype and attempt to mislead AZNT shareholders with misinformation and malicious hype.

Without adequate, accurate and timely information -- everything becomes suspect.

No wonder OTC BB companies get dumped on!

You said: Well, yes. Of COURSE if they wanted to dump they'd have to file a Form 144.

How many shares could management sell pursuant to Rule 144? Isn't it true that only a certain amount of shares could be sold? And that the amount would nowhere cover the short position of over 4 million?
