Anyone have a good link to insider trading/filings. I'd like to kow if SFE sold any TLABs or CATP.

Would also be extremely interesting to compare how their IPOs have fared over the past few years - maybe simply plot share value or market cap of the IPOs on an annualized basis - since time of IPO. We know how the successful ones have fared since they IPOed - we just might get some useful insights into their more recent spin-off portfolio. My gut tells me that their more recent IPOs haven't been as stellar as their earlier ones - i.e, the quality of IPOs is declining. Maybe I have it totally wrong!

Any thoughts anyone?

John -

thanks for the url.

I think adding a line for cash and debt would be helpful. However, if we can only get the information quarterly, its probably more of a footnote to the NAV spreadsheet than part of any calculation.

cheers. Rick.

I am eagerly waiting to see how much CATP has been sold as a potential indicator of whether CATP has bottomed. On the outside chance that they sold 50% or more of holdings in CATP, I would expect that CATP has more downside. If they held strong, I will take it as a sign that CATP has probably bottomed.
