Somehow I didn't see any reference to licensing fees generated from the IBM alliance.

Don't expect IBM licensing fees until 2H of 99.

Remember, they must go all the way through design and development of the chips. Then they must go into production. SST will only get royalties when the chips are sold. This is a long process.

The IBM deal is significant for the company, but lets not get our expectations set to high. The best chance for a near term price improvement is the onset of the Christmas selling season. This should increase demand for flash BIOS chips. Also, SST should be rolling out several new products to address new markets, and lower costs.

A good company at a great price, but we need to be realistic.
