Latin American ADRs also participating in rally: Telebras (TBR 65 3/8 +6 7/8, +12%), Telefonica de Argentina (TAR 24 5/8 +2 3/16, +10%), TV Azteca (TZA 5 7/16 +7/8, +19%).
