carl, you are right about restricting 64 mb production. however, we don't know if they are also hording inventory. if they are then pricing will collapse - again.

the bottom line is this. the WORST thing you can do for cost is to restrict production. it isn't a long term solution.

betting on mu at current levels is a bet that korean mftrs will get out for good with a 80-90% probability, imho.

i don't think it is that high.
