the dumoing charges are essentially a non event. they are being appealed to the wto.

the anti-trust is interesting, though. it does appear that they all kind of "agree," whether formally or informally, that dram cutbacks/holding should be undertaken at the same time.

nobody will get fined $100 million. there may be much less severe fines, though. the end result is they may feel compelled to increase selling of inventorues and/or increase output.

have you looked at mu's cash position? it looks rather fugly to me ;-)
