Tony, Your, " but quite often the only semi segment talked about as being in trouble is DRAM, yet Intel goes with the downdraft, out with the bathwater." That because Kurlak seems to go out of his way to put Intel into the bath-water. He often singles out INTC right after he warns of continuing DRAM problems.... especially on the eve of options expiration day. Jules

" It is my observation that Merrill - and a few other brokerages (Merrill in particular) - is downgrading every company in sight. I suspect they need to generate a LOT OF BROKERAGE COMMISSIONS to hide and offset their overseas losses. I think they are in deep doo doo since they can't seem to manage their own finances. Instead, they attempt to sink the stock of any other company they can. Paul
