Lets not forget that John Malone has made Actv his first and so far only investment in interactive tv. They must think "individulized TV" is the best platform. We got a fantastic and neccessary partner and we still retained at least 80% control of the company. Those that were aware of something like this have done some selling. The future buyers that saw the news or will see it haven't bought yet. Art
