cc rogers,I don't have to do that,Starr has already rewritten it,and the ink is still wet. I remember somewhere that the independent counsel was only for extreme situations,not for every jay-walking incident in Washington. I thought back in 1974,that we may never need to use it again. There have been all sorts of laws rewritten over the last view months,like attorney-client priviledge Hey Starr made up his own constitution,now I hope he gets hoisted on his own pitard.
