Remember the court time is set for 2:00 Nevada time (5:00pm ET). All court related info will be reflected in tomorrow's trading at the earliest IMO. I also wouldn't expect any kind of announcement until Thursday at the earliest. It's just the company's track record added with the time zone difference that I'm making these bold predictions <G>. I hope those that want to have been able to participate in PGON's "GREAT GIVEAWAY." Tom
