Hi, Bill, yes, for all intents and purposes the bidders are not willing to step up and the sellers are offering paper at 1.00 and higher. If I wanted to get rid of some paper I loaded up on I would be lowering my offer price (as some MM did as this is being written), not expanding the spread. No one likes to pay retail. If I wanted to add to my position, I would instruct my trader to go to the MMs and show a bid better than the prevailing bids, but not as high as the offer. I'll bet one could get something done 'in between'. Best, Joe
