Sam, They are working on all of it. Please try and remember that most of the things noted as "not working" are links to the other "alliances" such as Valley Media plus the company supplying the continuously updating new releases info plus the company tracking orders and sending out e-mail confirmations, etc.. I am told they (the other companies) are rapidly getting these links hooked-up to our site... so it would seem that suddenly it will all appear just as it did a few months ago with the site that everyone was calling "vaporware". Everyone should know that Hastings is working almost around the clock to comply with many of the requests we have sent in and to correct many of the problems we have noted... so, please keep sending them in as soon as you see something. I have been doing a "cut & paste" in some instances to show an error and e-mailed that together with what steps I took to arrive there. It's much quicker for them to correct a problem if we are specific. They seem to be on top of the generics, but I'd still keep sending in everything and anything you find. And, Jeff (Zbyte), you've got a good idea to compile a list... as long as it gets forwarded to Hastings. Best always, Marty
