Is VTSS a buy here? Normally I would say yes. But I have been burned so bad this past month I don't know. Anything I buy has had a tendancy to drop about 50% lately. Maybe the thread should take a collection to keep me from buying <g>.

I road VTSS from the upper twenties to the upper thirties this year. I was thinking about doing the same thing again.

Thanks, Jon Cave

Drake,

I don't know if they are selling to Ciena/Tlab competitors or not. Remember that this is a very volatile stock and there is generalized jitters about earnings, particularly in tech and more particularly in the semi-sector.

Again, I suspect most institutions ---VTSS has 80% institutional participation in its stock---tend to lump all semi companies together, not differentiating between DRAM and DSP, e.g.

I just wanted to make sure the factory was OK after we bounced off 25.50 so I called HQ. Factory still humming along at capacity. All semi companies should be so fortunate.
