So lets look at this again. Starr is investigating a number of allegedly corrupt practices of this President and his minions. The President and his minions have substantial memory loss, stonewall, fail to produce documents, witnesses disappear or flee the country, etc. Then one day someone walks into his office with some tapes that seem to indicate a familiar pattern of lying, cover up and obstruction. Starr presents the evidence to the AG and a three judge panel and they approve the expansion. Would you have him ignore it? JLA
