just watch the volume when news hits.........smith

also their management never stated they were buying back shares.....

also i dont think the sec has any thing to do with the lack of volume in the pennies......i think people are just sick and tired of buying a stock that has been "pumped"......and then watching the price tank......the sheep are learning their lessons the hard way......

the only way to win in pennies is to never chase a stock that has already run......you just sit back and watch it......the price will always come back down.......then you have time to DD the company and make a rational decision rather than a emotional decision on whether to buy that stock,,,,,,

with that said........since IDCN has had its "pump" phase........at .05 this is a good entry point for those who believe in this company.....this is pretty much the stocks low of the year.........

but for those that bought at .13 to .15.......i imagine most are very pi--ed right now......and have either sold for a loss......or are just praying to get their money back......

if you dont buy pennies low...........your chances at making money are slim to none......

regards

Jeff
