*** OT: Life in SV September lease renewals are likely to be at significantly lower rents than last year. Even more anecdotal (and now personal) evidence... the large financial services company I'm doing a project for suffered over 10% loss of assets under management since the correction started. That's tens of billions by the way. Projects are getting killed off right and left... including probably mine. There still seem to be a lot open positions outside of this industry (and the semi-equips) however. This may change soon... F.
