JLA, what I found particularly amusing about the Carnahan response was when his representative was asked why Carnahan would not be attending, he said most likely there would be some previous engagement he would attend. I'm not kidding. I guess they're frantically looking through their past invitations for a "previous" engagement on that date he can now accept. bp
