Mr. Mitchell,
With a short squeeze coming, I would want to file with the SEC to sell my 144's too. Also, with 4.4MM+ shares the court has ordered to be bought in the open market, and considering the freeze at the DTC, and considering the AZNT market is being made naked, it's a moot point.
Secondly, it was not a case number, it was an internal number. And the letter, if in fact authentic, is meaningless. You claimed there was a judgement against AZNT and an arbitration hearing. You fabricated the story. Your Wellrich shill "JJ" wouldn't even concur with you, in fact he posted the claims were fabricated.
I suggest you were willingly used by the Wellrich shill, you failed to do any DD to verify his claims, you were used, he's on record denying the claims, and you're eating crow.

Hey Jeff?? I know I've been accused being slow on the draw here, but I have a question.

If there is a AAA case #, wouldn't that be some semblance of evidence that both Wellrich and AZNT had agreed to binding arbitration in the first place??

Why would AAA fabricate an internal case number for these two parties were there no agreement to arbitrate differences?

Arbitration is certainly different than mediation. In arbitration, don't both parties subject themselves to the ruling of the arbitrator?? And inplicit in this agreement is that both sides, whether they defend themselves or not, are subject to the ruling of the arbitraor??

Are we sure that we're not discussing Mediation here where either party is free to get and storm out of the meeting??

Gee... I'm learning so much out here.. It's thrilling... <vbg>

Thanks in advance for helping to clarify this issue for myself and others.

Regards,

Ron
