To Jeff: My Onward and Upward hope is based upon improvements in the earnings of the Q, further progress re 3rd gen CDMA, and some less pain in Asia and no disaster in Lat AM, and last - getting through the US elections. Therefore seems like modest up movement possible after earnings but do not expect substantial move until the US elections are behind us. In brief, looking to mid Nov. for major move up - if it happens. But who knows, I certainly have never been a timer. Chaz
