Treetopflier is learning how to play the game. As of 9-15 we probably have 31 million shares outstanding & with Kernigan's shares we would have had 46 million if not more. The name of the game is short the stock.

As for Ms. Van Ness ,she has been with this company for more than a year and where is the business???...300,000/month is not good.

IMHO this stock will go to ZERO. Yes , I am short this slug.Primus...I respect the wrath of ISOMAN..

We'll, thats a dangerous game that Apparel is playing. Van Ness must really be trying to get funding from someone else because I'm sure she knew when she refused to let Southridge convert the loan, that Southridge would hold back the rest of the money. And we all know what happened when Southridge held back the 900K. Bankruptcy.

Treetopflier: as far as I know you can't increase the number of authorized shares so that someone can do a conversion. Southridge would only be allowed to take whatever authorized is left.
