For what it is worth, and maybe we'll all get graded, I would call NSCP a buy at 21 5/8, or two ticks (and I'm using 1/8ths) above the previous day's low.

Having said that, the volume looks VERY low, and I'm not sure how to read that.

The modified version takes volume into consideration. Rookie Dave is also correct in his assessment of entry price.

However, if NSCP is gapping, then my eyes are failing (not unlikely, btw) , as the open looks the same asyesterday's low and open, and not below it.
