all i know is the company said they are upset with the shorting and were calling an emergency meeting of the bod, to discuss the matter, all i can say is you shouldnt pi-s off guys from texas. i know no more than that, all my dd was done without the company
i tried to verify as much as i could
cav
ps i would hope the company would release news if they had any
to release.
pss i would hope they would do whatever they could do to help shareholder value
we will have to wait to see what company does.
psss i believe all the companies shares are restricted except for a small amount.
pssss company 9 months old or so, rule a144 cant sell shares for one year, the only shares in float are shares paid to guys who owned the shell we merged into.
they sold those shares and that is where the float came form.

MARTY if the same guy who was involved in edii and mtei sold my company their shell as well, we have a big problem.
this guy allegedly dumps extra illegal shares into every shell he sells from what i hear, he keeps selling into the buying
if he had his hands on this companies shell
cavalry will not walk his friends into an ambush

all i can say is his name rhymes with
no short
