Hi JPR, ..Re:Dell has formed a symmetrical triangle and is bracing itself for a breakout.

The symmetrical triangle is apparent on the daily chart; however, we don't know if the breakout is UP or DOWN. The shortcomings associated with TA! <VBG>

Still, it's fun to see how each documented technical formation turns out.

Dell has formed a symmetrical triangle...

When I threw my gopher bones this morning, the two femurs and the jaw bone sorta form a triangle over on the left side of the pile, but it's not really that symmetrical. I agree it seems to be forecasting a breakout on the upside sometime in the near future. On the other hand, maybe I'm looking at them upside down.... Hmmm.... not sure. Are the teeth in the jaw bone supposed to point up or down?

maybe on one day chart, but if I look at on a three chart I still see dell action as weak, selling into gains,,,

Is there an "idiot's guide" to technical analysis that can be easily referenced reviewed?
