MediaConcepts Inc. Announces
Update on Litigations

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1998-- MediaConcepts Inc.
(OTC BB:MDCE - news) Tuesday announced that the litigation with the Andersons et al in Riverside County Superior Court has been dismissed without prejudice.

Robert Torres, chief financial officer, stated: ''The dismissal is based on the fact that the former board of directors did not properly file requirements necessary to operate as a corporation in compliance with the State of California's non-residence business entity criteria.

''The Andersons raised this as an issue of defense against MediaConcepts ability to file a countersuit, which was upheld by the court. MediaConcepts has now met all the state and county
requirements necessary to file litigation in California, and now is a 'Corporation in good standing with the state of California' as required prior to filing litigation.

''MediaConcepts will promptly re-file actions in and against all parties and consolidate the pending actions.''

The Riverside County Superior Court ruling does not affect the pending litigation against the Andreet al suit.
