I will try to keep my questions/comments brief and to the point. Are you ready!! 1. Are you aware of the GNNX thread at "techstocks.com"? This is a message board for GNNX only, and it would be great if you would join our group. >>> 1) As far as the message board goes; We do follow the message board, but unfortunately we cannot comment on inside information. If I made a comment to you or somebody else regarding the company and I didn't have the correct information it would not only get me in a world of trouble, but also jeopardize the companies business deals that were meant to be kept undisclosed. But thank you for the offer. >>> 2. Who is TNNS? Please give some background on date incorporated, controlling stockholders, primary business, and number of shares controlled by GNNX and the cost. >>> 2) TNNS is a company we acquired named - "Transtar Communications Inc.," It was incorporated on September 16th, 1997. Transtar is located at 5757 Century Boulevard., Suite 870. Los Angeles, California. Transtar's primary business is Telecommunications. Authorized shares are 25 Million; Shares Outstanding - 10 Million. >>> 3. When will TNNS shares be distributed to GNNX shareholders? >>> 3) TNNS Shares are in the process of being distributed. >>> 4. Please provide more details on the last two acquisitions (GEN and m4radio). Would like to know the % of shares GNNX acquired, the cost, and the completion dates. Any more details you have would be appreciated. >>> 4) For more information of the two last acquisitions you may use the web site's for the two companies, it is as follows; www.genn.com, m4radio's address is; www.m4radio.com. This should give you ample information on the two companies. >>> 5. More details on the source of revenues for the first quarter. Also for the second quarter when it is released. When will the second quarter financials be released? >>> 5) Our P.R. Company screwed up on the release on Friday and only released the 1st Quarter Financials. So today they will be releasing the 2nd Quarter. Sorry for the delay. >>> 6. Does the Company plan to issue periodic reports to stockholders? This was discussed with a stockholder when he visited 9/03/98. Hopefully, these reports will cover the kind of information being requested here. >>> 6) Our company is in the process of redesigning the web page and all the pertinent information will be released on it. It will make it so much easier for the investors to obtain information without having to go or talk to anyone else or having to research it. >>> 7. Do you still plan to realease "diary of James Dean" in early 10/98? Has an agreement been reached with a network? >>> 7) The "Diary of James Dean" will be released soon. This project was pre-sold to the international market and currently domestic negotiations are in the process. Although I am not sure of the exact release date, (production and other hindrance usually delay's these type of projects so I don't exactly know the release date, at the present time it is on schedule). >>> 8. Why did the Company choose an auditor from out of state? Is he accredited by the AICPA to practice before the SEC? >>> 8) I don't know which auditor you are referring to. I only joined this company about 1 month ago, so I think he must of been before my time. >>> 9. Will the third quarter financials be released earlier then the previous two quarters? Is 11/15 a reasonable date for us to expect? >>> 9) As for the 3rd Quarter Financials - Unfortunately we are not allowed to comment on the release date at this time. We have to inform all of the investors at the same time regarding future release dates, and I do not have that date at this time but I promise to keep you posted. >>> That is all.
