Bull Case:

1. Daily charts been showing higher highs and higher lows.

2. IBD William O'Neil says market is in rally mode. Gave a big buy signal last week and last two days were "constructive".

3. Market has had some nice looking reversal days on very heavy volume.

4. Sentiment is much less bullish than a few weeks ago. Almost a complete turnaround.

5. P&F numbers are so close to buy signals it's not funny.

Be cautious on short side here.

Byram,

There are 3 distinct retests of 7500, but they were spikes, not extended bottom. Some may disagree with me, but I prefer the type which has an extended base rather than spikes
